Forgot Password

After filling in the registered email and clicking send verification code, the page will not refresh; once you receive the code, directly set a new password.

Reset Instructions

The email only needs to be filled in once; the reset verification code will be sent to this email.
Clicking send verification code will not refresh the page or clear the new password you have entered.
The verification code will be sent to your registered email and is valid for 15 minutes.
After a successful reset, please log in to the user center again with your new password.
