TCM Massage and Physiotherapy Therapist Recruitment

Position Highlights: We are recruiting professionals with nurse practice qualifications and physiotherapy nursing experience. The role is mainly responsible for executing physiotherapy programs, observing patient care, operating equipment, maintaining nursing records, providing health guidance, and collaborating with the team. Suitable for individuals with a nursing background, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a desire for long-term development in rehabilitation physiotherapy and health management.

1. Nursing and Medical Foundation

Must hold a valid nurse practice certificate, have basic clinical nursing experience, and understand common nursing procedures, vital sign observation, basic first aid, and nursing safety standards. Familiar with basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, able to assist with physiotherapy and nursing within the scope of practice.

2. Physiotherapy Techniques and Rehabilitation Nursing Knowledge

Master the basic operation standards of common physiotherapy equipment, such as infrared, heat therapy, ultrasound, massage devices, and electrotherapy equipment. Understand the basic process of rehabilitation physiotherapy, and be able to assist in completing relevant physiotherapy nursing services according to doctor's recommendations, institutional standards, or nursing plans.

3. Communication and Collaboration Skills

Possess good communication and expression skills, able to clearly explain nursing procedures, precautions, and cooperation requirements to clients/patients. Able to collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other team members to ensure smooth service processes.

4. Observation and Adaptability

Possess strong observation skills, able to pay attention to clients'/patients' physical reactions during nursing and physiotherapy, promptly report any abnormalities and handle them according to procedures. In emergencies, remain calm and assist with basic emergency response.

5. Physical Stamina, Patience, and Responsibility

Physiotherapy nursing requires a certain level of physical stamina and patience, able to adapt to standing, repetitive operations, and meticulous service work. For the elderly, post-operative rehabilitation patients, or those with weaker physical conditions, maintain patience, meticulousness, and a sense of responsibility.

✅ Hold a valid nurse practice certificate; this is a mandatory requirement.

✅ 2-3+ years of clinical nursing, rehabilitation nursing, elderly care nursing, clinic nursing, or related nursing experience preferred.

✅ 1-2+ years of experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, physical therapy assistance, massage nursing, or physiotherapy equipment operation preferred.

✅ Familiarity with hospital, clinic, rehabilitation center, health management center, or physiotherapy institution workflows preferred.

✅ Holding relevant training certificates in rehabilitation nursing, rehabilitation physiotherapy, physical therapy, or health management preferred.

1. Execution of Physiotherapy Nursing Services

Assist in executing physiotherapy nursing programs according to doctor's recommendations, institutional service standards, or client/patient care needs, such as heat therapy, infrared care, massage relaxation, equipment-assisted care, and rehabilitation training support.

2. Observation and Feedback on Physical Condition

Observe clients'/patients' physical reactions, comfort, and cooperation during physiotherapy nursing. If discomfort or abnormalities occur, promptly stop the relevant operation and report to the doctor or supervisor according to procedures.

3. Operation and Maintenance of Physiotherapy Equipment

Operate physiotherapy equipment according to equipment instructions and institutional standards. Responsible for checking, cleaning, disinfecting, and routine maintenance before and after use to ensure the equipment is safe, hygienic, and available.

4. Nursing Guidance and Health Education

Explain physiotherapy nursing procedures, precautions, daily care suggestions, and basic rehabilitation cooperation methods to clients/patients and their families, helping them establish correct nursing awareness and lifestyle habits.

5. Assisting Doctors and the Nursing Team

Maintain good cooperation with doctors, nurses, and the rehabilitation nursing team. Assist in completing daily care, basic assessments, service arrangements, process coordination, and client/patient management.

6. Nursing Records and File Management

Standardize records of clients'/patients' physiotherapy nursing programs, nursing processes, physical reactions, feedback, and follow-up recommendations to ensure complete, accurate files that facilitate subsequent service coordination.

Base Salary: 5,000 - 12,000 RMB/month, depending on qualifications, work experience, technical skills, and interview performance.

Commission and Bonuses: Commission and bonuses are provided based on individual service performance, customer satisfaction, team performance, or job performance, subject to institutional policies.
